Description of manuscript content:

The text is used at the xomma (respect) ceremony for paying respect to elders including parents, grandparents and old relatives. At the ceremony, children and grandchildren are preparing offerings including flowers, money and clothes putting on the plates. They hold the offerings while speaking out apology to their parents. Then, the parents say out forgiveness to them and give them blessings for their good lives and luckiness. The ceremony is popularly organized during the Lao New Year festival in mid-April.
