Description of manuscript content:
The text contains two chapters of subjects of meditations. The first chapter tells the introduction for the meditation practitioner to ask for support from the Buddha. Inviting the Buddha to stay on the body and control the practitioner in keeping mindfulness. The second chapter tells about the subjects of meditation which include Asubha 10 (10 kinds of foulness), Kayagata 32 (32 parts of the body), Anussati 10 (10 recollections), Arupa jhana 4 (the four absorptions of the formless sphere), Vipassana 10 (10 insights), Magga 4 (the four paths), Phala 4 (the four fruitions), Itthivithi 6 (6 magical powers).
