Description of manuscript content:
The text mentions about a Kathina ceremony. According to the rules in Vinaya, the monk who should be received the Kathin robes, has to have his robes old, and has completely stayed in the monastery during the three months of Buddhist Lent. However, the monks in the monastery have to consider among themselves to choose one of them to take the Kathin robes with accordance with the Buddha’s purpose.
