The teaching of the Buddha on our bodies which are full of loathsomeness and impermanence. The five parts of our bodies can be used as the subjects for meditation which comprise hair, body hair, nails, teeth, and skin. When the practitioners consider these elements as ugliness, their minds would loosen desire and be calm.
