The text contains various kinds of spells. Some spells are used as protectors such as Khatha koet soek (Spell used in war), Khatha bangta (Spell for preventing other’s viewing), Khatha phaya In (Spell of Indra). Some spells are used for healing or curing sickness such as the spell is used to blow at the nose for stopping blood; the spell is used to blow at a baby who often cries to stop his cry. Some spells are used for subduing spirits and for exercising.
