The text contains various kinds of spells. Some spells were written in short Pali verses, and some were written in Lao. Some spells are used for protection such as Khatha nun ngio (The spell for protecting from gunshots). Some spells are used for making sweet sounds such as Khatha noktoravik (The spell of a decoy). The text on the last part is related to talismans for protecting from spirits.
