The text mentions the withdrawal of self-determination. Accordance with the rules allow a Bhikkhu using only one set such as cover robe, outer robe, under robe, alms-bowl, and etc. Before using those objects, if a Bhikkhu did not make self-determination he would confess. In a case to use new ones, if the old ones are in good condition he has to make the withdrawal of self-determination for the old ones.
