Description of manuscript content:
Sakkaban or Sakkapabbam (the section on Sakka or Indra) is the tenth section of the 13 sections of Veassantara Jataka. The content mentions about Sakka or Indra transformed as a Brahmin and bagged Princess Maddi from Vessantara. Vessantara gave Maddi to the Brahmin. Then the Bramin gave Maddi back and also eight blessings to Vessantara such as may the people of the Sivi city forgive him and invite him to back home.

Folio 12 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 3 thousand 4 (Corresponds CS 1304), a tao sanga year, on the eighth waning day of the eleventh [lunar] month, Sunday, the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the temple drum. Sao (Ms.) Si, [the house located in] the hòm kok chiang road had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Maha Vibak to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all my wishes and desires come true. May I be released from all diseases and dangers. May I be healthy and happy in my life definitely. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition to reach Nirvāna constantly and certainly).
