The story tells one existence, the Bodhisatta was born as Narajiva Pandita in Savatthi, he was faithful in the Triple Gems and was mindful in observing the precepts, practicing meditation and developing wisdom. He had a chance to make merit by offering the Kathina robes to the monks in the place of Pathumutara Buddha. After death, Narasiva was reborn in Tusita heaven and possessed a heavenly castle.

Folio 32 on the recto side: In the Buddhist Era (BE) 2516, a salu year (year of the cow), on the thirteenth day of the waning moon of the twelfth lunar month, Friday. Sathuphò (monk) Vandy from Vat That Luang sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Narasiva, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana constantly and certainly. Nirvana is the greatest bliss).
