The content tells the fifteenth Buddhist blessing that is to be generous and charitable and leads to the way of good actions or the wholesome course of actions including three bodily actions, four verbal actions, and three mental actions. The three bodily actions consist of abstention from killing, abstention from taking what is given, and abstention from sexual misconduct. The four verbal actions consist of abstention from false speech, abstention from harsh speech, abstention from vain talk or gossip. The three mental actions consist of non-covetousness, non-ill will, and right view.
