Description of manuscript content:

In the Buddha’s time, a group of bhikhus in Vesali spoke to people that they achieved a superior human state, a truly noble knowledge and vision in order to receive offerings. When the Buddha was informed, the Buddha blamed the bhikkhus as greedy and prescribed the fourth Pārājikā – rules entailing expulsion from the Sangha (defeat).
