Description of manuscript content:
The text was written in two sides and contains various “Khatha” (stanzas). The stanzas are used at a ceremony by a ceremonial master or monk who is respected by people in the village. They believe that the recitation of the stanzas will remove inauspicious things from their village, houses and their bodies. The power of the stanzas will protect them from dangers.
