Description of manuscript content:
On one occasion, while the Buddha was staying at Gijjakuta hill (Vulture Peak) in Rajgir. A god named Panchasikha who was bright with halo, came from Catummahajika heaven presented at the Buddha at the mid night. The god questioned the Buddha about why the deities in Tavatimsa heaven assembled at the Dhamma hall on the full day of the end of the Buddhist Lent. Then the Buddha answered the question to the god clearly.
