Description of manuscript content:
The first part mentions about the merit derived from giving alms. The last part mentions about causes of ruin which contains six items. For example: the ruin of addiction to intoxicants including (1) actual loss of wealth, (2) increase of quarrels, (3) liability of disease, (4) source of disgrace, (5) indecent exposure, and (6) weakened intelligence.

Foilo 26 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1241, a kat mao year, a kap nyi day, the second day of the week (Monday), the writing [of this manuscript] was finished in the afternoon (between 12.00-13.30 o’clock). Ai (“elder brother”) Ai (Mr.) Unkham is the principal initiator who, with his wife, children and all his relatives sponsored the making of [this manuscript entitled] Lam Vatthu Nyòi Vohan to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all our wishes and desires come true. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, certainly. [Nirvāna] is the greatest bliss).
