Description of manuscript content:
Thipphamon (Dibbamanta) is a series of Khatha (incantations) read by a monk during a sermon delivered to the people on the occasion of auspicious ceremonies, for example, for a new house and on the occasion on the Lao New year festival. The first part of the text is in Pali in the form of incantations and followed by blessings for the hosts and listeners. The text of the blessing describes that all dangers may disappear from you and that you may have good luck and obtain valuable properties.
