While residing at the Jetavanna Monastery in Savatthi, the Buddha spoke to Bhikkhus discoursing on the divine messengers. A good man who has the divine eyes would see the birth and death of all creatures. He realizes that the cycle of birth and death of the creatures depending on their previous karma. Those who have good deed with good conduct in act, in word, in thought and do not blame the noble individual. They have the right understanding, and believe in the power of right understanding. When they die they would be born in the heavens.
