The text contains the prayer Pangéran ing giyar kaja and how to say it. The prayer is said when a person wants his wish to be honored by God. The text explains how to say the prayer when faced with difficulties and how to use it when a person wants to be loved by an important person.

The manuscript’s condition is good and the script is well readable. The text is written in black ink and uses pegon script for the Javanese explanation of how to say the prayers and Arabic script for the prayer itself which is in Arabic.
