Other notes:

The binding is mouldy and pages have become detached from the binding. The paper has become brittle and torn. The script is mostly easily readable. The verso pages are numbered in Javanese numerals 23-132 which means that at the beginning and end pages are missing. Also the front and back covers are gone.
