Description of manuscript content:

The first page contains a declaration by Raden Panji Nilasmorokusuma from Penanggungan in Malang who sold his house to a Chinese man in Malang and who declares to rent it now but to buy it back as soon as he can and that the Chinese man cannot refuse to return the building to him. The other pages contain fragments of other official papers. The second paper contains a notary deed in the form of a letter of authorization.
