Description of manuscript content:
Merit derived from building a stupa and donating as a gift. Before entering Mahaparinibbana at Kusinara, the Buddha said to Anada Thera that the Buddhaparisā (the four assemblies of Buddhists) should create a stupa for installing the relics of four noble figures: a Buddha, an enlightened individual, an Arahat and a king. Then the Buddha described the qualifications of each of these figures and the benefit to be derived from the building of the stupa.
