The first and last leaves have no page numbers. Page numbers 2-4 on the verso sides of the leaves. Leaves 2-5 are in the form of maarti with one line of Old Javanese surrounded by Balinese explanatory glosses. The manuscript is an embat-embatan with holes at the left and right-hand sides of the leaves and the central spines of the leaves still in place.
