The text starts with a prayer to become invulnerable to sharp weapons and continues with prayers to be said before reading the Qur'an, when to prostrate during daily prayers, to state the intention for the ritual of cleansing of one’s self before prayers and the intention behind the obligatory daily prayers and prayers that are recommended.

It is unclear if the manuscript is complete at the end. The manuscript also contains spells and magical drawings. Each prayer is preceded by a rubrication in the form of the written word ‘puniko’ (This is) in red ink. The rest of the text is written in black ink.
