The first text contains the genealogy of Raden Abdul Qodir bin Raden Haji Abdurrahman up to Nabi Muhammad. At the start is mentioned when Raden Mahmud and members of his family were born.
The second text contains the long story of the journey of the Prophet Muhammad to the Al-Aqsha Mosque in Jerusalem and his ascend to Heaven and descend into Hell. The story is in Malay. After the colophon two special prayers were added in relation to the text.
The third text tells the story of Jesus’s journey to Egypt. When he arrived in Syria he met a skulls and bones that were shattered in the desert sand.

The manuscript is entitled Hikayat Mi’raj Nabi and Hikayat Tengkorak Kering. However, the genealogy precedes the discussion of these texts.
