Benefits derived from making rocket flowers to worship the Triple Gem. While the Buddha was residing in the Jetavana monastery in Savatthi, the Buddha answered Sariputta Thera’s questions about the benefit of making rocket flowers to worship the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha. The Buddha said that a person who was faithful to the Triple Gem and who would worship using only one rocket flower would gain merit with worldly and heavenly prosperity and successfully attain Nirvana.
