Description of manuscript content:
The text mentions about those who are faithful in observing the precepts, in listening to the preaching of the Dhamma, in worshipping the Buddha and his teachings of Tripitaka, and in giving offerings monks will gain the great merit. The results of the merit will support them to become the great kings in the future lives. They will be respected and beloved by people.

Folio 6 on the verso side: In Culasakkarat thousand 400 70 (BE 2470), a hwai nyi year, on the tenth waning day of the ninth [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week (Friday). Saenmai Ngao together with his wife and childrend had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Lém Luang, to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. May all wishes and desires be fulfilled. Niccaṃ dhuvaṃ.
