Folio 24 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1226, a kap chai year, on the second waxing day of the fourth [lunar] month, the first day of the week (Sunday), a moeng mao day. The writing of this manuscript had been finished in the morning between 7.30–9.00 o’clock. Thao (Mr.) Nan and his wife were the principal initiators together with their children and relatives had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Lam Sapson, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana).
