Description of manuscript content:
The text mentions about present existence of Bhimbha Bhikkhuni or Bhaddākaccānā Their. When Princess Bhimbha was 16 years old she married Prince Siddhartha and gave a son named Ruhula. When Rahula was seven years old was ordained as a novice, later attained elightenment.
Colophon:
Folio 25 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1202, a tao chai year, on the twelfth waning day of the fourth [lunar] month. The writing of this manuscript had been finished at noon between 10.30-12.00 o’clock. Xiang (Mr. ex-novice) Phomma had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Phimpha Their, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, certainly).
