Folio 25 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1216, a kap nyi year, on the twelfth day of the waning moon of the twelfth [lunar] month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), a tao nyi day, at the time of the morning drum (7:30–9:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Mae Thao (grandmother) I Un had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled 8 Mün to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May my wishes and desires be fulfilled. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, constantly and certainly).
