Description of manuscript content:
One night, the naga Queen Samutthasa saw a man with flaming eyes and a sword on his hand in her dream. The man pushed her down and cut her right arm. She woke up frightened, patted her arm and realized that she just dreamed. Then she thought that the nightmare would tell her about a happening danger to her four sons. Then she bethought of Phurithat who was observing precepts and meditating in the human world. He was in danger and might be harmful by a man or a garuda, so she felt sad and sorrowful.

Folio 25 on the recto: Culasakkarat (CS) 1202, a kot chai year, on the first ay of the waning moon of the fourth [lunar] month, in the afternoon between 13:30–15:00, the writing of this manuscript was finished. Xiang (ex-novice) Phomma had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Phurithat to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hoto no dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, certainly).
